    The design of Maison Souquet showcases a fine 19th-century aesthetic, immersing you in a beautiful fantasy. Each nook is filled with lavish decor, plush red velvet, and intricate details. The staff were charming, particularly Salvatore, who went out of his way to assist with dining recommendations and special requests. Breakfast was a highlight. Fresh-squeezed juices, delicious croissants, and a variety of cheeses made mornings good. I particularly enjoyed the private spa access. On the downside, the location had a shady vibe, with several adult establishments in close proximity. While it's just steps from the Moulin Rouge, I found the surrounding streets a bit uncomfortable to navigate, especially at night. The room, although beautifully decorated, felt cramped, and I missed having basic tea and coffee facilities available. Wi-Fi reliability posed difficulties. Housekeeping could improve in terms of frequency and attention to detail, as I noticed some cleanliness oversights . Despite a few shortcomings, the unique ambiance and attentive staff were great.

    A charming and luxurious retreat in Paris

    The bar's chic decor and the private spa facilities were the perfect places to unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant Montmartre area. The unique historical touches throughout the hotel only added to its charm. I did find the WiFi connection to be a bit unstable .
